Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(Consumer means any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity.)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
The withdrawal must be made via email (info@realtoxmedia.de) or via a ticket.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Felix Gassan, Talweg 4s Talweg 4s, 21149 Hamburg, Phone number: +491602304983, Email address: info@realtoxmedia.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you have communicated your withdrawal from this contract, compared to the full coverage of the contract.

Exclusion and Termination of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the performance of the service.

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the provision of services which requires the consumer to pay a price once the service has been fully performed if the consumer has expressly agreed before the beginning of the performance that the entrepreneur begins the service during the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that he loses his right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the entrepreneur.
